1 Do you outsource the work to a third party?

No, unlike other companies we do not outsource work to third parties; we are an exclusive online IT repair service organization therefore quality service remains our focal point.

2 Can I place a service request without registering on your site?

As we offer an exclusive IT repair Service, you could place a service request on our site without registering with us. You do not have to worry about unnecessary downloads of apps, calls, or messages from us.

3 What are your work timings?

We operate between 10 a.m to 7 p.m, 6 days a week.

4 What is the inspection/visiting charge?

In case the device is not repairable, a minimum visiting charge might be applicable however the inspection charge is only applicable if the device is repairable and you choose to NOT go ahead with the repair after inspection. There is a nominal fee between Rs. 200 to Rs.400 towards visiting/inspection charges.

5 What is the procedure for laptop/computer repair?

Once you schedule an appointment with us online, you will be contacted by our team for confirmation. Our executive will arrive at the scheduled time to pick up. An estimated cost of repair will be shared. On your approval, repair work will be done and delivered to your doorstep.

6 What brands of laptops do you service?

Our professional can handle any type of brand for Laptops including Apple, Lenovo, Acer, Toshiba, Asus, Sony, Compaq, Samsung, HP, IBM, LG, and Dell laptop repair in Thane.

7 How do you handle special instructions?

Put in your instructions in the “description column” part of your order form online and we’ll handle it. You can also explain it to our Technician during pickup. Whatever it is, make a note and we’ll treat the item according to your wish.

8 Is my data safe with you?

Don’t stress yourself out over security reasons as your safety is always on the top of our list. Your data is 100% safe with us.

9 What are the modes of payment?

You can now opt to pay using net banking… As always, you could choose to pay us in cash after the service.

10 Why should anybody choose Digitech Computers?

We maintain full transparency and ensure that you get details of all work done on your laptop. Our engineers have trained and experienced mechanics and use authorized genuine spare parts and accessories.

11 Is it safe for me to allow your IT expert into my home?

It is absolutely safe for you to trust our IT experts as all our IT Experts go through a round of background verification before inducting them into our operations. However, you are advised to take care of your personal belongings or valuables in the presence of our IT expert. Digitech Computers will not be liable for any damage or theft arising in case of failure to do so.

12 How do you charge?

Our rates are dependent on the workmanship/skillset required and the time needed to complete the work. However, the rates may not always be directly proportional to the time spent on the work.

13 Do your rates include the cost of materials (spare parts) also?

All our rates of laptop repair services are only for Labour Charges. They do not include the cost of materials. Our technician will tell you what all materials (spare parts) are required for the job. You can choose to buy the materials yourself, or we will buy the same for you. Always insists on bills, in the latter case. Once your device problem is diagnosed, an estimated cost of repair is updated on the website.

14 What spares are used for service?

We provide you the option of both genuine spare parts and compatible parts. Warranty for parts would depend on your choice (genuine/compatible) during the service. Please check with the IT expert on the same during the service.

15 Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Software Fixes/Installation – 7 days. Hardware repairs – 30 days. Warranty on spare parts would be as per manufacturer. However, there is no warranty on the burn and physical damage.

16 Can I cancel service once the job has started?

Once you have accepted the quote and the job has started you cannot cancel the job.

17 What if I am not happy with the service or the service provider?

If you do have any complaints, suggestions, or feedback regarding the service quality, or our service provider, pricing, etc. please report it to our Customer Support Desk at +91 9324232656 or mail us at info@digitechcomputers.co.in. It is advised to do this within 24hrs of your service.
